Google will Display your Phone Number
The easiest way for anyone to get in touch with you is still through phone. Providing a phone number increases the legitimacy of your brand. Your professional phone number can help you manage your calls. Sometimes, people are not tech savvy, and are unable to find your outlet even through Google maps. What would they need? Your phone number. No one would want to go to your website, go to the contact page and then scroll through to get your number.
Besides, websites provide the number of the headquarters. If you are looking for Pizza Hut in your area, you would need the number of that particular branch.
Through Google Business listing, the number of that very branch will be displayed on the Google search page, without the customers getting restive.
It Paves Way for Customer Interaction
Listing your business with Google also paves the way for engaging with customers. The customers can easily drop their reviews which you can read, and even respond to. This will help to build a strong, trustworthy relationship with potential customers who are going through your Google Business account.
You can Add Photographs for Increased Exposure
Visuals are a great way for any business to attract audience, especially if you deal in finished goods. When you add a photo to your Business Listing you enhance the trust, and encourage increased interaction with the prospects. Google statistics show that adding photos can increase requests for directions on Google maps by 42 percent.
You can get a Short URL for your Business
Google Business listing will help you to keep things simple, especially your website’s URL. This will improve trust with customers and reduce any friction when it comes to clicking through site.
You will enhance your Business for Local SEO
As I mentioned before, you can localize your business and optimize it for domestic audience. People will know which number to dial, and whom to contact in case of an emergency. It means people in the vicinity will be able to find your business easily, and without any problem. Eventually, you might become the top ranking business in Google search in the locality.
You can Use it to Gain Insights
Another way Google Business account can help your business is for gaining insights. You can get an idea about your audience, and how the local search performs. You will find the keywords your clients have used, to search for your business, in the analytics tab of the platform.
